Tall standing stone estimated about 2.5m high, with the site subsequently used by the Christian Church which has placed a well and shrine with the stations of the Cross around it. The stone has some ogham script (on the left hand side of the stonewiewed from the well) - this is not visible on the aspect of the stone seen in this picture.
